Welcome to FlooringsPlan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at flooringsplan.com and any services provided by FlooringsPlan Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered and operating from Level 5, Platina, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, India.
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
FlooringsPlan provides interior design, flooring supply and installation, 3D visualization, and related consultancy services to residential and commercial clients across India. All services are subject to a separate Project Agreement signed between both parties.
Quotations provided through our website or in person are indicative and valid for 30 days from date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed in the Project Agreement following site survey.
By submitting a quotation request form on our website, you authorize FlooringsPlan to contact you via the email and phone number provided. Submission of the form does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement is only formed upon execution of a signed Project Agreement and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment schedule is:
All amounts are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or approved digital payment methods. We do not accept cash for amounts exceeding ₹2,00,000.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of signing the Project Agreement are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations after 48 hours but before material procurement begins will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Once materials have been procured or custom-ordered, cancellations are not eligible for refund on those materials.
FlooringsPlan provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all completed installations. This warranty covers defects in installation technique but does not cover damage arising from misuse, water damage, improper maintenance, or acts of God. Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms and will be passed on to the client at handover.
All design concepts, 3D renders, mood boards, and drawings created by FlooringsPlan remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use approved designs for the specific project upon final payment.
All content on this website including text, imagery, logos, and graphics is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlooringsPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the applicable Project Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
When you submit a quotation request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We also collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies.
